QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD ASK TO QUALIFY A SHOP TO WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE

1. WHAT IS THEIR WARRANTY?
A shop with a good warranty is typically a shop that does high quality work.  We offer 12 month/12,000 mile warranties for piece of mind.


2. DO THEY HAVE THE SHOP MANUALS TO WORK ON YOUR CAR?
Expensive shop manuals and computerized information systems usually speed up the repair time, saving you time and money.  We have the latest software and online support to diagnose your vehicle quickly, saving you money.
 

3. HOW MANY YEARS HAVE THEY BEEN IN BUSINESS?
Shops and shop procedures usually get better with time.  We’ve been serving Solano County and the surrounding areas since 1982.
 

4. ARE ALL THEIR TECHNICIANS ASE CERTIFIED?
A certified technician has passed tests qualifying him to work on your car.  All of our technicians have ASE certificates in specific fields.  Two of our technicians have demonstrated that they have completed all available tests and are known as Master Technicians.  There are only a handful of technicians with all the certifications to be considered Master Techs and have two of them!
 

5. WHERE ARE THEY LOCATED?
A shop located on a main street will make it easier for you to find.  515 Tuolumne St. in Vallejo is just north of thecourthouse.

6. VALUE FOR THE MONEY?
