Worst mechanic ever! Took 4 weeks to get my Mini Cooper back in proper working condition. Kept getting conflicting excuses for taking so long. When they returned the car, it was missing important parts. Owner refused to take responsibility, yet found one of the parts he claimed he didn't have. He eventually provided the other parts that were missing, but left them to me to install. He tried to blame me for the missing parts and his excessive delays, made conflicting excuses that strain credulity, and lied in his final dissertation of the services he performed. Overcharged for services as well, e.g. charged 2 hours to replace a fuel pump I can replace in 30 minutes (go ahead and time me), and charged 3 hours to replace a brand new low pressure pump I installed that was not defective, and then swap it back. Lastly, they were sloppy. There were white grease marks on the hood and front fenders, as well as on the black engine trim and radiator overflow cap. I have no confidence that these people know Mini Coopers like they say they do.
