I appreciate the staff and the job they have provided. They're professional, diligent and friendly. They ordered the side mirror I accidentally knocked off, painted it and installed it in a timely manner. They also provided a ride for me when waiting. An excellent customer service. I'm very satisfied with the repair job.

This is an excellent repair shop. I have an Audi A4. I will not take it anywhere else. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As a former aircraft mechanic/auto mechanic I have knowledge when I'm being sold a bill of goods. I had an issue and it was taken care of right away. I have enquired about repairs/maintenance instead of trying to make a quick buck, I was given honest answers to my questions. To me that says a whole lot about the business and why they are so highly rated. The 2 year warranty is also piece of mind.In retrospect I had a friend that took his car to be repaired to another shop for a relatively minor repair, after multiple trips and being towed twice for the same repair. I did not want to go through that headache. If you want honest quality work done, this is the place to go.

Awesome service. I was nervous to take my VW to them because not too many shops around the area deal with foreign cars. This place was 10/10 from customer service, to diagnostics, to explaining in full detail everything that’s wrong with your car, and then to having them work on it in a timely manner JUST TOP TIER EXPERIENCE! I will be taking my other car here as well!

Great service provided at this shop. I’ve taken my car to them twice now and have had a good experience both times. The staff are very good at what they do and provide excellent customer service.

So far from my initial visit, it seems they are very organized and honest. I had an 8AM appointment for a smog check. They opened the door exactly at 8AM and there were three of us there waiting. They knew who had the appointment and what is for. I was out of there by 8:20AM. Awesome service!

I was having issues with a coolant leak but I couldn’t tell where exactly, so I asked them to diagnose the issue. They found where the leak was and were very professional the entire time- no hassle at all. I ended up doing the repair myself, but I have no doubt they would’ve done a great job had I asked them to make the repair. I have full trust in their work and will be coming back next time my car needs to be serviced.

From the time I dropped my Car off service up until I picked it up after work was done. Staff was extremely clear and professional. I received a full report of what my car needed with price points. The text message System was very detailed and easy to follow when choosing what work I wanted to have done for my vehicle. My vehicle runs smooth without concerned after it was worked on by the team. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs done on their vehicle.
