Keith, manager, quoted me $1,115.61 to repair my BMW X3 cooling system. I came in to pay but the amount changed to $1,181.53. He briefly said that it was because of an extra hose that he ordered. A courtesy call would have been the professional action to do for any amount discrepancies. I have been using Milts for many years with Adrian as the owner who is very personable. But I have to say to Keith that he was unprofessional because he did not even give me a courtesy call of the amount changing. In addition, he did not take his time to talk to me when I picked up the car. It was a 10 second comment like “the amount changed because I had to use a hose that I ordered” then handed me over to Tom. As a consequence, I’m thinking of changing where to get my cars fixed. Update as of 11/18/2021: Adrian, owner, reached out to me personally. He gave me a credit for the difference. Adrian is the best owner as well as a BMW certified mechanic. Will continue to go to Milts! Thanks Adrian!
