I was also able to insert my appointment in my google calendar. Little things like this make my life a thousand times easier to remember important engagements, Milts reached out to me by phone as soon as the diagnostic results came in. This company chooses the facts over possible profit. The results were not only typical for the year and make of my car, but with previous experience knew that any work to try and resolve the issues would be an endless rabbit hole of exponential expense and no way to guarantee that any of the work would result in solving the problem. They were very frank and upfront with what I could expect. I will take that level facts any day even if it's not good news, Really appreciated how straight forward they were. With informed consent I can now move to the next alternative decisions and steps that will mitigate putting good money after bad.
