The only reason my car wasn't ready on time was because the supplier sent the wrong part (electrical/vs manual). Otherwise it would have been done to my satisfaction. This is my 2nd time taking my car in for service at Emily's. That's because I love the service (not pushy) and prices (way better than dealers)!
