Customer service was very good. Details of work to be done communicated with clear understanding, share optional extras that need repair but not mandatory +, and there was a miscue at the end. If the warranty covers certain items and my obligation is a certain amount which saves a few dollars, then customer service is not supposed to suggest that I pay all because it’s only $40. This is where the stop 🛑 sign and signal of valued ethics come in. This is a no no which can derail credibility and potential high value customers stemming from me. Jury is still out for that comment.
