We had to have our older Explorer towed in to Milt's due to a very loud noise which made it too scary to drive. Jerry, the incredible mechanic figured it out and repaired within a couple of days. Great and knowledgeable service. Adrian, the owner kept us aprised of the progress and an estimate of the costs before they were incurred! I love NO SURPRISES from our service providers.

Customer service was very good. Details of work to be done communicated with clear understanding, share optional extras that need repair but not mandatory +, and there was a miscue at the end. If the warranty covers certain items and my obligation is a certain amount which saves a few dollars, then customer service is not supposed to suggest that I pay all because it’s only $40. This is where the stop 🛑 sign and signal of valued ethics come in. This is a no no which can derail credibility and potential high value customers stemming from me. Jury is still out for that comment.
