I was concerned about being female and not knowing cars...and being taken advantage of. And Phillip took care to explain the process...and also took pains to get my car back as soon as possible. He gets a 10 in my book.

Went in for a smog check. Went off without a hitch. Wanted to work on a few more problems on the car, priced at around 3000 dollars. Far more than what the car is worth. Overall was good.
