Very timely and honest. I like their shuttle service. Definitely one of the more pricey shops though. Their quotes are usually pretty high relative to other shops in vallejo.

Excellent service. I had no appointment and dropped the car off before hours on Monday. received call and diagnostics within hours. car was fixed quickly and correctly,, and shop worked with my warranty provider for the cost coverage. excellent service and communication.

Great job, just wish I would have been updated more. They told me my car would be ready on Tuesday at latest. By Monday night I still received no call leaving me worried that there was something that went wrong. I called myself Tuesday morning and they told me that my car will be ready on Wednesday for sure. Wednesday comes around and I didn't get a call until 4 pm telling me that they fixed everything in the car finally and it will be ready Thursday morning. If I hadn't called myself I would have had no idea what was going on and the additional days without my car sucked. But Adrian and Phillip were really nice to me which is why it was just a minor problem to me. Had to go back in twice again as well to get 5 sensors turned up but I know stuff like that happens when you open up the entire engine bay so I wasn't worried about it. It's been about two months and my car is still running great so thank you guys!!
