Paid for a transmission oil change! The following week, I re-did the flush myself for my peace of mind. Turns out it was a good choice the oil was dirty and missing a court of oil. Luckily I fixed what could have been a problem in the future. Don't know what these guys were thinking but it wasn't good!.

Radiator replacement. It was an absolute extortion, should have done my research before and not after.

Chin, it was a pleasure talking to you this morning. As we talked about we do not put cheap parts in vehicles, we stand behind the parts we provide and install with a 24 month 24,000 mile warranty (Parts & Labor). Repairpal.com has a decent estimator for parts and labor and for your 2008 Lexus is250 for a radiator replacement it shows as an estimate $962 - $1150 to do that repair; You paid $951 for the radiator repair, including the radiator hoses. Sorry you felt like you overpaid, as we talked about we are a quality shop, not a cheap shop. I hope you give us another chance in the future and look forward to helping you again.
