My family will continue going to Milt's Garage. They are polite and take care of the situation. In this case, they needed to do some maintenance and replace the transmission fluid. it was going to take 2 days due to missing part, and one of the managers went to pick up the gasket to Concord to be able to have the car repaired on the same day. It is an incredible gesture. We appreciate it.

Keith had to locate the clunky noises from my 1998 car. I requested an evaluation of the cars future reliability. Keith didn’t want me to spend big money on my car. He agreed with me that I should get a newer car that would be safer and reliable. They have been solid to me in the past. I told Keith when I get a newer car, I would bring it to them to get any bugs out.

I moved to California in March 2020. I had not had my car serviced since the cross country trip - roughly 18 months and 12k miles. I was referred to Milt's by a family friend. I brought the car in, they did a thorough inspection, and brought the car up to good working condition. They also informed me of a couple of issues to keep an eye on - but did not need to be addressed immediately. Great vibe in the office and Tom behind the desk is very personable. Reasonable rates as well. New customer for life - thanks guys.
