Price was fair. Bundled several repairs together and received a discount. No pressure explanation of repairs and future maintenance. If I had to nit pick, it would be that I was told they only source OEM BMW parts, but I received a non-BMW aftermarket battery.

Adrian is very honest & won't try to coerce you into paying for something you may not need at the moment. Takes time to explain what is wrong, why it needs fixing & how it's done. Best price around for Smog - $39

Phillip explained what tests they were going to do, then the results of those tests and possible causes. The actual amount of work needed was a bit less than originally thought. I appreciate that he didn't try to dumb anything down, and took me seriously when I described the symptoms and what I thought the problem might be.

These guys are the best.. when I leave the shop I know, without a doubt that my car is safe for me, my family and everybody on the road.. I have been having my cars serviced here for 17 years and can not imagine good g anywhere else.

My Experience with Milts was exceptional. I d been taking my car to dealerships to handle maintainace and for lack of better term had been getting in raped with prices. I stop going and had bee. Looking for a local shop that wouldn t take advantage of my lack of knowledge and push services not needed. That was not my experience at Milts. I was treated with respect. The pricing was fair and when they noticed an additional service need for my vehicle the called and asked if I wanted to take care of it this time around. I appreciated that. Added Bonus! I needed body work done so they suggested a body shop which was next door and my car was taken care of thoroughly. I feel like I have a new car. She s riding smoothly. Thanks to the team!!

They took time to listen to me to understand the issue I was experiencing with my car. They explained very clearly what they felt needed to be done, prognosis and options I had. I didn't feel pressured at all.

Only had an inspection of a car to determine whether to repair it. Decided that it would not represent a viable investment.
