I found Milt's through a recommendation from my insurance company, USAA. The recommendation was spot-on. When you call, they always(?) pick up, even if that is to say "Can you please hold, I have 2 people in front of you". Immediate peace of mind. When it comes to doing the work, they're super-direct if they don't think you need to do work. I.e. I had them inspect my breaks and they said I still have 50% life. I heard them on the phone with another customer telling them that they could do what the customer wanted, but the vehicle with (however many miles) should still be under warranty and they should probably check with the dealer to see if they could get the work done under warranty. Multiple times I heard them say "I could do the work, but I'd recommend you..." It was really cool to hear them be straight with people regarding recommendations. Finally, in my case there were some weird transmission issues and they suggested that my particular model had known issues and I should take it to the dealer to get addressed as part of my warranty. I am not taking my vehicles anywhere else as long as they are in business.
