4-28-23 some 90,000 miles later..... Time for brake inspection & service. Was hearing slight noise to the rear.... Fronts were ready for servicing; backs just an adjustment and cleaning..... Nice place; good people 8-14-21 Good Place! Here's my story, and I'm sticking to it.... Moved to the area several years ago. Obviously needed to find new "go-to's" for stuff. Searched the web, Consumer Affairs, and talked to neighbors/friends. Tried a few places with Milt's being the last an final. I know a little about cars, can do some minor wrenching, but certainly know when I should not. Milt's didn't try to up-sell or over-sale. People there are nice, informative, and seem happy to work there. Some years ago, I inherited a car that was 17 years old, less than 3000 miles (Literally from the little old lady who only drove to church on Sundays), even still had some "New Car Smell". I gave it the once over that I could do, then took it to Milt's for them to give it the once over to be sure. I figured maybe some brake or transmission fluid changes, or old brake pads... Nope, Nothing need be done, SMOG Passed no problem either. At that time I think the peace of mind cost me less than $100.... Fast forward to this month. Son was given a car by Auntie. An 18 year old car, with 127,000 miles on it; it had set for over 5 years with out ever being started. We tooled around with it, got it going, was even able to get it to pass SMOG. Then... The engine light pops on and off, on and off.... Took it to Milt's for the once over.... Oxygen Sensor was starting to fail... Easy fix. Checking other stuff found car was in better shape than we thought. Twice now: they did good work, didn't gouge, and motivated me to write this too long of a review. Yes, I recommend them.
