These guys did a great job of doing my timing belt on my 2017 Honda ridgeline and also gave me a small discount. They finished the work faster than I thought it would take. Friendly employees and I will be taking my truck back to them for whatever else it needs in the future. These guys came in at $400 less than the Honda dealership for a timing belt FYI and my truck runs great.

I was impressed upon bringing my car to the shop because of the customer service. But I’m so disappointed that I had to pay more than $150 without any resolved result. I was asked to pay an additional $500 just to check the engine block just to diagnose the problem. So I left without any result after paying $150. After going to another shop, right there and then they told me the problem without having to pay anything.

Arnel, you have a coolant leak on the back side under the intake. This part blocks view from clearly seeing the problem. However we noted that this failure can be from the head gasket area based on a technical service bulletin, and we would need to go further to confirm. I initially looked under the hood with you to make sure if something simple was visible we could show you. We saw the thermostat housing together but that was not the source of the leak. If you have questions about your work order please let us know.

Milt’s is a very good garage. They have gone above and beyond to help me. Unfortunately this time i had a heating problem. after a diagnostic it got fixed fast but now the air conditioner isn’t blowing cool so I have to take it back in. It just a big inconvenience to have something fixed and car sent back with another problem that wasn’t a problem before. I give them a five star but they lose one for not check air conditioner before giving it back. Have an appointment next week and I sure they can get that fifth star back.
