Keith, Michael, and Adrian were the best as far as customer service. It really seems like they know a tone about BMW's and how they should run. They're team of technicians removed and installed a new water pump and pulleys. The car ran hot after the work was completed so I brought this to their attention. They offered to investigate the issue and found a faulty thermostat was installed and it caused the car to run a little hot (not over heating but right up to the the 3/4 mark on the water temperature Guage). They installed a new thermostat under warranty to their work. I am very happy to do business with such skilled technicians who care about their customers and their vehicles.

Update: Milts service team is still great! They just installed some engine mounts on my car because my car was making some crazy vibrating noise from the engine. They fixed the problem first try.

Milts has incredible service. Five Star rating. There was an issue with my "check engine" light and Milt's fixed the issue. They were extremely professional and their new system of showing pictures of the issue on my account was very helpful. I am very satisfied with the work that Milt's has completed on all my cars. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Update: unfortunately, the last visit was more than disappointing. I went in for a routine check up and the car came back running rough. I took it back a few days later and they quoted me another $900, around $600 for a repair that they done themselves. When I questioned them about it, they said the part failed and was under warranty, so they would only charge for the labor. Took the car for a second opinion and they told me the part failed because it was installed incorrectly and cracked under pressure. Costly and dishonest. Rather than admit their mistake, they tried to convince me that I should pay twice for a job they were supposed to have done well.
