My eldest son Marlon referred us to Milts, he said “Mom they’re trustworthy, efficient and knowledgeable “. So I called and was scheduled the next day for a diagnostic to find the cause of our vehicle breaking down. We received the diagnosis which wasn’t good. So on to plan B. It’s good to know we have a reliable honest automotive place in town to service our vehicles in the future.

Milt’s did a great job in resolving the issue with my check engine light. Keith kept me informed and updated on the repair. They also let me know about an issue they found with my rear shocks. Consistently great service! This time, I called for an oil change appointment at the last minute and Keith squeezed me in, and the vehicle was ready before noon! The next day we were on the road heading to Mendocino feeling safe after the reliable maintenance completed at Milt’s. I emailed to make appointment for a 900am smog and got text confirmation of the date and time. I walked in, told them I had a 9am appointment for a smog and they already had my information. They took the key pulled in the parking spot, smogged the car, chatted for a few minutes and it was done. No hassle, No fuss, no hem and haws!! I will be going back again..
