Great shop, been going for over 10 years.

This shop is my new must use shop. The staff is very friendly and nice. And the whole process of Receiving my estimates and approving the work was so simple and easy. There was no pressure on getting everything done at once I was able to see the stuff that was crucial to get fixed and the stuff that could wait. I already scheduled an appointment to get the rest of my car fixed. I definitely recommend this shop.

Brought my car in on Friday before closing for radiator replacement and they got it done Monday before the end of the day and I picked it up this morning. Very happy professional and will solve the problem you have. Trust worthy people that will do what you need done

Keith, Michael, and Adrian were the best as far as customer service. It really seems like they know a tone about BMW's and how they should run. They're team of technicians removed and installed a new water pump and pulleys. The car ran hot after the work was completed so I brought this to their attention. They offered to investigate the issue and found a faulty thermostat was installed and it caused the car to run a little hot (not over heating but right up to the the 3/4 mark on the water temperature Guage). They installed a new thermostat under warranty to their work. I am very happy to do business with such skilled technicians who care about their customers and their vehicles.

Milts has incredible service. Five Star rating. There was an issue with my "check engine" light and Milt's fixed the issue. They were extremely professional and their new system of showing pictures of the issue on my account was very helpful. I am very satisfied with the work that Milt's has completed on all my cars. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

The fellows here are friendly, dependable, and take time to explain the work that needs to be done. I feel like I'm in good hands; the customer service is top-notch. They are truly focused on building relationships with their customers so that we keep coming back, and it's a great approach! My last mechanic retired but I'd been with him for 20 years. I'm sticking with Milt's.
