Paid 140 dollars for a diagnostic that didn't diagnose the problem the car was having. The guy who helped me started raising his voice while trying to lecture me on the questions I was asking. Felt like a scam.

Unfortunately we both did not have a good experience on this visit. You paid us to look at a problem that "happened 3-4 times this month". The car needs to exhibit the problem for us to find it. However we found plenty of other issues and documented them for you. We hope you find a facility that can provide the experience you're looking for.

I had great service here. I needed to get my oil changed and I tried calling 3 places to get more info on this, and Milt's Service Garage was the only place that answered to assist me. The service was very fast (2 hours) and conveniently there is a cafe nearby where you can do some work while they work on your car. Jaz was very helpful and knowledgable. 5/5 will go again. I also ended up paying less than I had thought I would have to. They also give a 10% discount for first time customers.

They just didn't have the staff that could do what I needed done, I had to have it towed out to get my service completed at another repair shop. I explained to them the situation before the car was towed to them. $ 70.00 later after. Bummer. Come on NOW !

Alex, sorry you feel this way. I don't believe we deserve a 2 star review as not all the info was given on the phone or when you dropped off your vehicle. You brought your F-150 in for a crank no-start issue. What we found was that someone put a paperclip in where a fuse should be. By putting the paperclip in the wiring overheated and the fuse box was damaged/ melted. As I told you when you picked up the vehicle we could be chasing wiring issues forever because of this. The circuit got so hot it melted the paperclip which in return could do the same to the wire at any point in the circuit. Because of this it is a liability that we did not want to take on. If the vehicle would of been brought in for the initial issue of the fuse popping their would of been no wiring/ fuse box damage we believe and we could of done the repair.
